Courtney Johnson-Vidales was born and raised as a local New Mexican. She began her law career over a decade ago as a litigation paralegal, gaining experience and specialized knowledge in wrongful death law, medical malpractice, premises liability, civil rights, and employment law. She successfully pursued her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Courtney is licensed and admitted to practice before the New Mexico Supreme Court, the United States District Court of New Mexico, the Texas Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court of Pennsylvania Eastern District, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Vidales Law began in 2020 as a woman-owned law firm with a primary focus on trust and estate planning and litigation, as well as business law. Courtney provides both general counsel and litigation expertise in business and estate, wills, and trust disputes.
